AmeriCorps Volunteer in Service to America (VISTA)

Are you interested in national service as a Volunteer in Service to America (VISTA)!

As an AmeriCorps VISTA member, you can build capacity and infrastructure development to more effectively bring individuals and communities out of poverty. Through activities such as fundraising, establishment of community volunteer recruitment and management systems, community outreach, and collaborative development, you can help to mobilize local resources to achieve lasting solutions to poverty.  As a VISTA member you will focus efforts on building organizational, administrative, and financial capacity with the goal of achieving transformative and sustainable outcomes.

Serving as an AmeriCorps VISTA at Center For Family Services is not only a great way to positively impact an area of high need, but it is also an excellent professional development opportunity.

Through our AmeriCorps VISTA program we have opportunities for: 1) full-time service as an AmeriCorps VISTA Member; a one year service term.
